<p>I think that commuter school image at GMU is starting to change My son was just accepted & it’s one of his top choices. I think there is a new dorm opening in the fall and I know a lot of students from here in the tidewater area of the state who live on campus and love the school. They do have a high job placement rate because of the location. I’m from Richmond & attended grad school at VCU. I think VCU is better then it was in my day but if you look at the inner city location, it’s not ideal on safety. </p>
