So you don’t have a system, like parchment, where you order them? Otherwise, yes, the school has to have a process for sending.
And don’t forget, they may be sent but perhaps VCU hasn’t yet downloaded them.
So that’s another possibility.
But I can’t imagine a school saying - we’re just going to hold everyone’s transcripts til 11/1. Makes no sense.
Definitely go talk to the GC if it’s a manual process.
