vent: customer service agents with incomprehensible indian accent?

OK, been on vacation and am just now getting to check in here. (By the way, I had a “we’ve missed you at CC” message when I signed on – made me feel all warm & fuzzy!) Anyway, this topic is a real hot button w/ me at the moment. The culprit is Sprint, as it has been for several others. I won’t bore you all with the awful details, but after a toal of 3+ hours on the phone, my issue is still not resolved. I’ve learned to bypass all automated voices, and now simply hang up if I’m connected w/ someone in India. I’d rather start the process over, and keep trying until I get someone in this country.

Cbbblinker-
Used to be with Sprint that you could call durig certain daytime hours and get NC, Fla or CA. No longer true? Bummer!

Update: Only spent approx. 45 minutes on phone w/ Sprint the other day. I asked the rep if he was in the US – he said, “No,” the Phillipines. The ironic thing was his English was better than the previous rep I spoke to who was in the US! At the end of the call, when he told me our account was “fixed” I asked him to read back to me the charges for each of the 5 phones on our plan. What he told me was exactly right. BUT, until I actually see an invoice w/ those charges, I won’t believe it!!
