You might want to look at RIT. I have a daughter with ASD and her younger sister will attend there in the Fall as an illustration major. We brought along our daughter with ASD on our visit to RIT a couple of weeks ago for the accepted student’s open house and the daughter with ASD seemed a little more open to the possibility of going away to school at some point (possibly because her sister will be going there, hard to tell though). I have been in touch with other parents with ASD kids going to RIT and my understanding is that they have excellent support services for kids with disabilities. I know that they have a game design program there, as does Rensselaer.
