<p>No, I’ve lived in Virginia for the past 12 years, but was raised in Ohio. Have lots of friends and family that have attended both schools. My sister just finished her PhD at Ohio State actually, in linguistics. It’s just a huge school and not right for everyone. My best friend is a VT grad and goes on an on about how wonderful her years were there. I wish I could give you more feedback on programs etc., hope that you will get some more replies to give you more first hand feedback.
