I spent about 4 hours once at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with my daughter.
That was the second time I went. The first time I didn’t really “get” it and I was in and out of there in no time.

When we went the second time they were doing a special Dylan program upstairs. We went to all the listening booths and were able to figure out exactly when his voice got awful(ler). Then I got into the exhibits downstairs, they have a thing where you can trace the musical influences of various artists, and you can listen to some of the relevant tunes that demonstrate this influence. And there were some other things of interest as well.

There might be some events, barbeques, fairs, etc, going on in Cleveland, closer to the Rock Hall and Case, that might be more fun than staring at a vacant campus, you might check.
