Oberlin’s generally pretty quiet over the summer (and since it’s a Saturday, there are no tours or info sessions). The last Saturday in June is the [Chalk Walk](http://www.oberlinchalkwalk.com/), though, which is generally a lot of fun, and even if you’re just passing through for ten minutes you won’t be able to miss it. There may also be things going on at the [Oberlin Heritage Center](http://www.oberlinheritage.org/), if that’s up your alley. Oh, yeah, and the art museum (under renovation) should be newly re-opened by then.

Oberwiki has a pretty good run-down of [dining options](<a href=“Registrant WHOIS contact information verification | Namecheap.com”>Registrant WHOIS contact information verification | Namecheap.com) in town, but these are the ones I’d particularly recommend for lunch:
- Agave (burrito bar)
- Aladdin’s (Mediterranean)
- Black River (brunch type food)
- The Feve (burgers, sandwiches, wraps, seriously incredible tater tots)
- There are a few Chinese restaurants of varying quality – from least classy to most, The Mandarin, Tooo Chinoise, and Weia Teia (Asian fusion)
They’re all within a block of each other, so you can walk around and check out your options :)
