Voted! (Non-political)

^ of course it would be a huge hassle but no one who is for voter ID laws for in person voting seems to care that those requirements can be a big hassle for certain voters. Either they make it a hassle for everyone, an equal opportunity suppressor, or make it easier for everyone. But they don’t.

They want to suppress one segment of voters but not another segment. Voter ID laws are not enacted to combat voter fraud.

I’m confused. Isn’t it easier to vote if you don’t have to have an ID? I mean, was there anyway for the poll workers today to know who I am? Why do I have to show ID on election day but not on early voting day??? Help me understand. And I’m in Ohio.

Abasket, keep in mind what eb said. These laws are not actually meant to prevent voter fraud. They are meant to hinder certain legal voters.

We’ve now started to land in the political spectrum. I’m surprised it went 14 pages. Make sure you vote. Closing.
