Wait-listed... now what?

<p>The data set shows this:
Number of qualified applicants offered a placed on waiting list: 925
Number accepting a place on the waiting list: 307
Number of wait-listed students admitted: 2</p>

<p>Two students were admitted from the waiting list. I don’t know how it could be interpreted to mean more than two students were offered admission but if you don’t believe me, check out the many threads on CC including the following:</p>

<p>BTW, if you look at the previous years, in 2008-2009, 77 were admitted, and in 2009-2010, 20 were admitted.</p>
