I can’t really answer that question as those numbers aren’t published. The admissions department would be the only one who could answer that. The reason I know the Smeal acceptance rate is from parents reporting back here what they learn at new student orientation. I haven’t seen anyone post any engineering stats. Sufficed to say, however, that Engineering at UP is very competitive. I don’t think it matters whether you are in or OOS.
