<p>Okay, regarding the 300 number, after some investigating I’m not entirely sure where I heard that so disregard it. My bad. But I do know that they have over enrolled even at this point (not sure exactly by how much), and that the 400 beds freed up by the new housing arrangements suggest the magnitude.</p>
