<p>What’s up with being put on the waiting list after applying early action? I thought with early action you got accepted, outright rejected or deferred to regular decision pool. Being on the waiting list to me, at this point-before they even look at regular decision, (instead of being ‘deferred’) just seems like a polite out and out rejection. The waitlist letter did not even ask for mid year grades or anything like that.</p>
