Waiting...

We did receive a letter in Nov that stated my son was academically qualified. The letter reminded him about having the medical exam and to seek a nomination. He took the CFA at NASS, and it was put on the candidate site, so I assume everything is ok. The DODMERB site already indicated that he was qualified medically a month before receiving the letter, so the letter clearly was just a standard one since it did not jive with DODMERB. Our BGO told my son he was triple q’d in Oct and wished him good luck on the nom which he has now received. I have seen some posts where an appointment was given and that person never received an “academic” letter. Those letters seem to go out way after the fact. I have not heard of anyone receiving a letter from admissions stating their different status other than academically qualified.
