I think it is up to you to ask, if in fact you want to shell out the $ to visit a school that may not come through for you. If you don’t visit and it DOES come through, be prepared to have to make a pretty quick decision. If you can drop everything and quickly go visit then, great. Otherwise you may have to accept, sight unseen.
