With that said, colleges have been at it for hundreds of years… They use statistics to measure the ratio of how many people that actually get accepted to the amount of people that actually SIR Davis, and they adjust the rate in/out every year based on percent changes for that year. Unless there was some sudden unforeseen event that caused people to decide to go to Davis (like if a Davis alum became President of the USA) these statistics will hold true.</p>
