Also, Wesleyan and most us colleges are either need aware for international applicants or simply do not meet your need because the endowment funds ate typically designated for us residents. It will be extremely unusual for you to get financial aid. The UC system, for example, openly recruits foreign applicants only because those who join pay full fare.
