Waitlistees at Chicago: What have you done with your app?

Congratulations on your admission to Chicago. I know that this is a tough decision to make. I don’t know a lot about the University of Michigan, so it is hard to advise you. And the financial part is really a personal family issue that you have to think about and make a decision about. Putting finances aside, I would encourage you to pick Chicago if you feel that it is a fit for you. My child was accepted a few years ago to our State University’s honor program with a substantial scholarship. Our State University is the highest ranked State U. in the Northeast and has a gorgeous campus, but really was not a good fit for our child. Chicago has been a sensational experience in all ways for her and although the financial part is difficult, I will not regret having allowed her to attend Chicago. The personal attention and opportunities she has received are phenomenal. It really is a special place and is getting better all of the time. Lot’s of luck whatever you choose. You really can’t go wrong.
