walking distance and schedule

is it possible to walk from SSH to HH in 10 minutes?
also from HICF to SSLH in 10 minutes as well?

and also do you recommend having classes so close together? like are there any disadvantages? for example no time to do any last minute studying for tests?

what about having all my classes on MWF and none on TuTh?

btw i am only planning on having 3 classes (14 units) and one discussion

yes, the walk from SSH to HH is doable in 10 minutes… I think HICF to SSLH may be pushing it? idk. I could be a slow walker.
Everything you’re asking depend son the person. Some people like to just get their classes over with so they don’t have to go back and forth, but if you’re a procrastinator you might not like the back to back classes, but then again you’d prob just study in/skip the class beforehand.

as for having all classes on certain days, that’s def up to you. i hate it cus i’m a procrastinator and it just wears me out. definitely be weary of final exam dates.

thanks i may have to rearrange my schedule a bit i also noticed i had two finals on the same day on monday so that probably would have been pretty hard to do

How do you find out what day your final will be on?

It lists the date on websoc next to the class description.

P.S If you have 3 finals on one day you can inform a professor to try and move it to a different time. I believe most professors would be willing to move your final date if you have 3 on a single day.

No, not at all. I took three finals in the same day last quarter, it’s not as bad as it sounds.

Though you do have to study a little harder/earlier. So if having to change a class due to a final destroys how your schedule looks, I wouldn’t do it.
