Got the washer fixed… Just thought I’d post an update… it was the auto load sensor that went bad… I had my boyfriend look at it and he said he thought that’s what it might be… the repair lady came and confirmed it… Cost me 250 bucks to fix… She told me that’s the most common part that breaks on new washers… So just a heads up to all of you out there on that one… I did call the credit card company and they said it is covered under their extended warranty and I have to send in the paperwork, So hopefully I get reimbursed quickly.

^fendergirl, Glad to hear your CC company covered the repair under their warranty period. We submitted two claims within a year on two different purchases. It entailed making 4 or 5 photocopies of receipts, product warranty, forms, etc. each time and took only about 2 weeks to receive the reimbursement.

Yeah, They e-mailed me a claim form. I have to send a copy of the receipt, warranty, the completed claim form, and a copy of my invoice for the repair.

I’m glad you guys told me about it… I never would have thought to have called them!!
