Washu [$50k] vs. Cornell CALS [$75k] vs. Northwestern [$70k]

Take sure you look at cost. Not just need aid $$

Tuition plus room and board.

Aid in and of itself is less important than cost. You’re asking them to match cost etc.

As they use a formula, I can’t imagine matching WUSTL or moving the needle but good luck.

Looks like Cornell, if you can get the reduction in tuition may be the best choice for either pre med or environmental engineering. Looks like it is the strongest of the three. WashU may be strong for premed but it looks like it’s not as strong in environmental engineering as the other two. While Cornell is strong in both. Northeastern may be good for both, Cornell appears to be a stronger program. My vote is get the reduction and attend Cornell! Good luck!

Yup! I will try to match the total cost 50k at WUSTL, or at least try NU at 70K

Nah bruh it’s clear Northwestern the best out of the 3 for engineering and pre-med. Plus the location lowk mogs saint louis and ithaca (basically the middle of no-where). I think that you could realistically get higher paying jobs and better opportunities at northwestern as its in the greater chicago area. Northwestern cost is in the middle of both so its basically perfect. Since you are also somewhat worried about the college rankings I think that Northwestern is ranked higher than the other two. This is a clear choice its Northwestern.
