Ways to get better quick? [sick right before finals]

<p>A couple of thoughts for someone who suffers often from headaches:</p>

<p>NOT medical thoughts; I’m not a doctor. I can’t tell whether you should be seeing a doctor for chronic headache problems either.</p>

<p>But, absent all of that, just a couple of commen sense/experience ideas.</p>

<li><p>Always make sure you are eating a healthy meal with lean protein. Especially important if you are headed to exam, review… I like a poached egg on dry toast in the morning, with skim milk and oj. Low fat and helps keep headache at bay. Vs. no breakfast or a high carb breakfast.</p></li>
<li><p>Keep well hydrated.</p></li>
<li><p>Know any other triggers that are personal to you and avoid them. You already hit on the eyestrain one. Many are bothered by exposure to second hand smoke, chemical smells…</p></li>
