Would have been fun to have photoshopped all sorts of famous people into that crowd…was it the Sgt. Peppers album cover that did something like that?

Not the outrage you were hoping for, huh simba?

if they really want to photoshop, they should put Waldo in the crowd

“Not the outrage you were hoping for, huh simba?”

No just wanted to rub in.

It would have been big deal-analysis-talking heads trashing if Hillary tried to do that with few of the black supporters she has left.

“Obama Ducks Olympics Criticism”

yellow belly as usual.

[Political Radar: As Chicago Bids for Games, Obama Ducks Olympics Criticism](http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar/2008/04/as-chicago-bids.html)

If I saw a viewbook with Waldo’s picture in it, I’d consider the school just for their sense of humor! Now, if they had Lindsay Lohan’s photo in the viewbook I’d think something entirely different.

School I work at is major minority, and you can bet they work to get a white face into any picture the can. Yup. Standard PR operating procedure.

I taught in a public school with these stats: 204 kids, 99.5% African American.

One day I came home and told H, “I met .5 today.”

It just is.

Lol. You guys are great. I love to come to CC daily to get a chuckle or two. Still laughing from the comment about the dead squirrel on the sidewalk on a campus tour, and the tour guide just asked people to step over it! Welcome, reggae mom. :)

And to think that all this time I thought Westcoastmon was from Negril instead of Rocky Point [Image:Jm-map.png - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](File:Jm-map.png - Wikipedia).

Oh, well… :D

“Given that, is anyone fooled by this deck stacking?”

Fooled? I think most people who pay attention to politics are aware of the concept of a photo op, which is basically what we’re talking about.

Well, Hillary started airing a local commercial last night with Philadelphia’s very popular African-American mayor speaking directly to the camera about why he supports her. “She can get the job done!” (He doesn’t mention that Obama endorsed one of his primary opponents last spring, at perhaps the last possible moment when the endorsement might have stopped the now-mayor’s momentum, and possibly thrown the election to a Ross Perot-type white candidate. It was real stupidity on the part of the Obama campaign – one of the few truly dumb things I’ve seen him do. Even his biggest local fans were horrified.) So she doesn’t exactly have to do photoshopping.

As for Obama . . . there are many more Obama signs sprouting on lawns in my neighborhood than there are people of color there. At the current rate, by the end of next week there are going to be more Obama signs than daffodils. He’s not hurting for white supporters.
