I think this is one of those things that works for some people but not for others. The idea of it makes me claustrophobic but my 21 yr old has one and likes it. I toss and turn all night getting comfortable and throw the covers off and back on getting too hot and too cold (occasional hot flashes). I don’t think I would like one at all but if you think it would work for you it might be worth checking out. Target has some that aren’t too expensive.
