<p>Many of the schools/departments schedule receptions for parents & students in the late afternoon of move-in day. The SCA has a really wonderful event and I noticed several others going on as well. Not sure about CLAS.</p>
<p>There were many cc parents at our USC SCA reception in Fall 2008 and we met IRL for the first time there–as did our students who are still friends today. Aww.</p>
