wellesley? WELLESLEY!!

I can answer #3.

For me, there’s a lot of concern about the lack of boys on campus because I LIKE boys. I like having them as friends and boyfriends. The fact that the other sex isn’t immediately available to me is a concern. The reason I applied to Wellesley anyway is that I recognize that they’re an amazing school, and I may be willing to go the single-sex route, despite my hesitations. I know that a single-sex environment can provide a better educational experience for women, but I’m not so sure it can provide a great social experience. In short, yes, dating is “that important”, in that it’s certainly a concern (after all, many people meet their future spouses at college, and Wellesley kind of eliminates that option), but it’s not so pressing a concern that I’m willing to overlook Wellesley’s great aspects.

Hope that helps.
