And Clearwater123 I agree, it’s nice to meet people who get this feeling of anticipation!

yeah i agree, thats why im drawn to liberal vs my first plan a long time ago of conservatory. i like the whole wider education principles.

That class is really hard to get into, from what I’ve heard. And don’t read Gatekeepers!! It’ll only make you more anxious. But you can carry it to class with you and stare at the cover without looking like a weirdo!

I do too just because I am very open-minded and it really want a chance to expand upon everything I think I already understand and learn everything I never even thought of!

hahaha clearwater, still gonna read it!

wes is great because it has soo many clubs dedicated to literally any cause. theres like 6 clubs dedicated to mental health awareness/disabilities when other colleges have like 1? theres also a people watching club, which is a psych club (only wes would have it)

they are also the first school to ever have a vegetarian club for those who dont eat meat haha.

thats so cool lol

The food there is so good.

Danielfelsen are you vegetarian or was this just a quirky fact that stuck out? There were several of those for me. And atlava18241 it sounds like we are very similar and would be in a lot of the same clubs. I work with special needs children and am very interested in social causes and social equality.

yess sissy16!! i do 2 community service programs related to special needs. you are awesome.

im not a vegetarian personally but i have nothing against it. and that is a quirky fact that stuck out when i was researching haha

this thread > any other ed thread. look how many pages there are already!

lol we talk too much

but it’s ok because we’re all frriiiieeeendddddddsssss!

hopefully after the 13th or whatever day it is we can be friends IRL and not virtual haha.

That’s the amazing thing about Wesleyan, there are so many quirky opportunities that we can appreciate even if we can not totally relate to them. For instance I cannot ice skate, but one of the most fascinating things about Wesleyan to me is that there is an ice skating rink with open hours for everybody. The fact that I can spontaneously decide that I want to go ice skating on campus is fascinating to me…the possibilities are endless!

I mean, some of us have to get accepted, right? It would be unfortunate if none of us get in :(

cant wait!! wow didnt know that!

def some of us will get in, this is cc after all haha where standards are 99% higher than reality lol

yeah i saw the rink when i toured! and yeah 46.8 acceptance last year i think so i think we all have great chances. everything will be ok :)
