<p>@ Collegebound—i was notified of an update in my email and got a result in the online portal.</p>

unweighted gpa (out of 4.0): 3.6ish after first semester senior year. Upward trend?
rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): At least top 15%, but school sends nothing of ranking or percentile
ap (place score in parenthesis): Euro History (4), Lang (4), Calc (5), Macro (4)

senior year course load: Most rigorous
major awards (usamo, intel etc.): Top 2% in a national art competition, scholastic art gold (top 10%) and silver keys (top 15-20%) for my region, state winner for a national constitution essay contest, Blue ribbon at State public speaking contest, Honorable delegate at ILMUNC, Outstanding Delegate at BMUN</p>

extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Art Magazine (Co-President), Model UN (Vice President but did a LOT to change the club, including the hosting new high school conferences which I created. I wrote out entire topic guides and directed the committees. Ughhhh school elections are such popularity contests :c), Amnesty International (Vice President), School news writer for school newspaper for 4 years, Politics Club (President), Cofounded an art club for a large county organization
job/work experience: Interned for a local congresswoman, was a delegate for an ngo at a big un conference, started my own baking business for a short while (didn’t mention but gc said she did?)
volunteer/community service: ehhh little over 100 hours?
essays: Choppy, but unique subject. Touching, and very “me”

counselor rec: glowing…said it was an honor to be my gc and that I was among the most outstanding she’d seen in all her decades of experience as a guidance counselor

weaknesses: GPA, possibly teacher recs, GPA, AP scores, GPA, sat score wasn’t special at a school like the one I go to, GPA
why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I think I’m a good “fit” for the school. I love learning but I’m laid back and not really cut-throat. I’m a free-thinker, incredibly liberal, “artsy”…which are all stereotypes of the school haha. Wesleyan isn’t my absolute first choice but I am really happy and taken aback about being accepted, just because my gpa was so awful and I can imagine myself fitting in there and having a lovely college experience.</p>
