<p>Whenever that is the case, I would say it is not exclusive. However, how many people are aware of the program? Probably not many, so it doesn’t hurt to apply, that is, if you are interested in Wesleyan. </p>
<p>The WOW program (Window on Williams) is NOT available to all people, in contrast, and thus IS exclusive.</p>
