In fact, in the top for were the “others” - USAFA and USNA.</p>
<p>West Point was also the most ‘surprising’ pick.</p>
<p>Criteria included cost of attendance (in US $$ - they obviously don’t count sweat!), the quality of education and how much their students achieve.</p>
