You have yet to apply to law school yourself, so I would not base your opinion on things, including how the OP got his 3.1 GPA, on much. Since when do StateU’s give "A"s based on attendance. Maybe at your state U (Cali) but this is quite a generalization. Try to encourage people in practical ways.</p>
