UNC has a lot more women than men, meaning you are a lot more likely to get in if you are a man. If you are a man I would say high match if you are a woman I would say reach.
In order to improve you need to improve your rank. According to UNC’s website,
1st in high-school class 8% (of those whose schools reported rank)
1st or 2nd in high-school class 14%
Top 10% of high-school class 78%

Also, being from NC will definitely help.
If you could move into top 20-15% of your class that would increase your chances alot.
