<p>I think you should consider accelerating your test prep and taking the SAT and ACT exams earlier. That way you have more opportunities to take the tests if you so choose. Many top kids start taking the SAT and ACT exam fall of junior year and hopefully get them out of the way. The reason I say this is that you will have a lot of AP exams in May that you need to get ready for and you still haven’t taken subject tests. Although two subject tests are required for most colleges, you’ll find that most top candidates will sit for three or more.</p>
