I got this from Texas A&M’ Website:

-rank in the top quarter of their graduating class on or before the application deadline, and
-meet test score minimums
-New SAT:
-Total score of at least a 1360 with at least:
620 Math; and
660 Evidence-Based Reading and Writing (EBRW)
Other than that, concerning your GPA, an 81.6% is considered somewhere close to a 2.6 UW GPA? I got these from an online GPA Calculator website. If that’s the case with a 1300 SAT Score, I’d say your chances are not that optimistic. (around 20-25%)
However, if you higher your SAT to around 1400 and your GPA is around 3.2 (which is what another site stated an 81% Is), then your chances would increase to around 75%.
