You need to actually sit down and figure out which colleges in the USA are the best for CS and the best for you. Except for Cornell, “the Ivies” aren’t the ones which are known for computer science, nor is Amherst, Colgate, or Vanderbilt. UPenn is an Ivy.
Only MIT and Caltech are top CS schools on your list.
Acceptance rates for international students who need financial aid are abysmal, and the number of Indian students who are applying to the most famous CS schools in the USA is enormous.

A. Why do you want to attend college in the USA?
B. What grade are you in now?
