What are my chances?!

9th grade is not part of the UC GPA, nor is 12th grade (i.e. not counted for evaluation purposes, if admitted as long as you don’t fail a class or get too many Cs during senior year you should be fine)
Use the A-G list to calculate what your UC GPA is, which could be slightly different than what you have. As long as you take as rigorous of a courseload that you can handle and do well in all your classes you should be within range numbers wise, the rest falls on your essays, extracurriculars, etc.

Also that’s a lot of times to have taken the SAT, you may have to report each test administration (last I checked UC didn’t allow Score Choice). I would not retake the test again, 2100 is already above the average for UCLA admitted students. Are you counting the PSAT as well?
