What are my chances?

I think UCLA is a low reach/high match for you if you can get up those test scores. You sound like a great candidate, but UCLA is very competitive and admission is hard to predict. You can view this years thread of admissions results to get a rough idea http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-los-angeles/1831343-ucla-class-of-2020-applicant-discussion.html

GPA and test scores are the primary things that UCs consider. The middle 50% of scores for the SAT was 1930–2250 and 29–34. Try to get in the middle of that range or higher to give yourself the best chance. Have you calculated your UC GPA yet?

You should also consider which school you are going to apply to and how this may affect your application. What is your major? Some majors are significantly more competitive than others, so you will need higher SAT scores in order to increase your chance of being admitted. Some information on this:

For the College of Letters and Science, the applicant’s major is not considered during the review process. The Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science admits students by declared major, with more emphasis on science and math programs. The School of Nursing also places more emphasis on science and math programs and requires the submission of an additional supplemental application. The School of the Arts and Architecture and the School of Theater, Film and Television admit students by declared major (within the school), and put more emphasis on special talents through a review of portfolios and/or auditions, which are the most significant admission factors for these schools./quote

Don’t take both Math I and II, that’s just repetitive. If you’re applying to the school of engineering and applied science, then UCLA recommends taking

If you aren’t applying for engineering, I would just take the two subject tests you feel most strongly about and see how you do. If you don’t score 700+ I wouldn’t bother sending the scores because UCLA does not require or recommend them for any of the colleges except the school of engineering and applied science. However, if you do score well, it will definitely be a nice addition to your application, but in no way is it going to make or break you.

Also UCLA considers AP scores in admissions if you have them, so I wouldn’t bother taking the World History test since you already have an AP 5.

Also start working on your essays if you have time. At least brainstorm what you want to write about and write some rough drafts. The UCs have such an early deadline compared to private schools and once senior year starts you’ll be thankful that you already at least have some ideas down.
