What are my chances?

A D in Honors Biology will not fulfill the Science requirement so do you have 2 other sciences you have taken?

Did you calculate your CSU/UC GPA?

If coaches were interested in you as a recruited athlete, they would have already contacted you since you are Senior. You can reach out to the coaches but I think your grades and test scores may be difficult for them to overcome (take this advice with a grain of salt since athletic recruiting is not my area of expertise). My son had a few of his HS classmates that started community college in their respective sports and eventually were recruited by a 4 year university. This might be an option.

At this point, you need to decide if you want to go to attempt to get recruited or not and pursue that pathway.

If you are just want to study computer engineering, then you need to redo your college list so you will have some options.

I think UC Merced might be possible but it is still slight Reach. I would focus on the Cal States non-impacted campuses which have Computer Engineering which leaves Bakersfield, East Bay and San Bernardino.

Just for a reality check, here is the Freshman profile for Cal Poly SLO and UC Merced.

SLO College of Engineering:

Average CP GPA (9-11): 4.16 and Average SAT: 1467

UC Merced (overall averages):

Average CSU/UC GPA capped weighted: 3.65 and Average SAT: 1120

I wish you the best and like I stated above there are many different pathways to get your ultimate goal. I personally think that the community college with UC TAG is an excellent way to get into a UC. It will give you time to work on getting competitive grades, work on your study habits, save you some money and you still come out with a UC degree.
