Also, I decided to apply for the 3 year BBA program as a transfer student. I know its gonna be really hard to get in, but i’ll try my luck. I was just wondering though, I got 16 AP credits from high school, including Micro, Macro and AP-AB Calc, and so far i’ve taken 33.5 credits at Penn State. Am I still eligible for applying, even though I haven’t taken Micro and Calc in college?

I believe that Michigan’s economics program is better the PSU’s honors program (plus, you might be able to get into LSA - honors still anyways and/or you can still graduate with a honors degree if you get like…a 3.7ish (I think)).

Can’t help on whether your still elgible to aply for ROSS though…hopefully someone else here can help you :/

I just called them and they said I can apply to Ross. I also think I meet the requirements…i have a total of 50 credits (16 from AP’s including econ and calc) and 34 from college. I think ill just give it a shot.

16 credits from AP?1?!?! That is a lot! Did you decide to go there after all? otherwise, applying would be a wast of time, unless you are still unsure, of course.
16 credits!! I took ap bio and eng and only got 3 credits for some stupid class I would never take anyways.

Good luck man. You have achieved the american dream!

I haven’t decided yet. I probably wont go just for Econ. I dont see what good that will do you in the future. I think there is better scope for advancement with a major in Accounting/Finance.

16 isnt a lot lol…i’ve seen people get 20-30 AP credits.

I’ll achieve the American dream once I get a good job in NYC!
