Sign up for Berkeley TAP, a rep from Berkeley should be paying a visit to your school about once every 2 months to do counseling. Go to it and ask them about TAP and the summer enrichment program. They’ll help with essays, applications, workshops etc. Also sign up for Berkeley’s Starting Point Mentorship, an undergrad from Berkeley will be assigned to you and mentor you through the transfer process.
They may or may not benefit you, but you can at least slap them on your application.
