I went here as a transfer student.
The counseling center was great at the university. The professors and advisors I met with were always so understanding which were the best things for me.
The campus area is pretty! … but outside of that it’s a dump :/. It was convenient having everything nearby, but it still is just a taint town outside of the campus area. I lived both on campus and off…it’s a very different vibe once you extend outside of the pretty main campus. This is just my personal opinion and what I personally experienced. Take it with a grain of salt.
I highly recommend visiting Tallahassee and forming your own opinions though before anyone decides to accept.
