<p>No. It is true that Johns Hopkins asks for your first term freshman grades, but to my knowledge, no other medical school does. Probably in consequence, not as many MIT students apply to Johns Hopkins as apply to other top medical schools – it’s a pain to go around and get all of your first term freshman grades released. (And no school asks for the full internal record containing classes dropped before Drop Date and +/- modifiers, because there’s not an official way to go about getting that transcript.)</p>
