What Are Your Top 3 Schools?

Princeton, Dartmouth, Colgate

Really, I think that HMC is considerably tougher to get into, granted HMC is what 40% accepted while Cornell is 31% accepted, HMC is easily more self-selective of a pool, anyway, when I applied last year it was funny cause I never had a top three, so hmmmmmm…

Princeton, Brown, Middlebury

Princeton (Rejected), Duke (Waitlisted), UVA (Attending!)

tonyt - Cornell’s acceptance rate is in the low 20’s.

srry bout that, yeah i have the numbers from '03, the CDS for this year has it at 27%

Northwestern, Wash U, and Bryn Mawr. :)

Duke, Yale, Dartmouth

Ohio State (safety), U of Michigan (match), Georgetown (reach). I love all of these schools, so I know I’ll be happy wherever I go.

Probably Duke, Penn and Chicago. Hopefully I will get into at least one.

Yale, Brown, Stanford

Although mudd is my dream school, it doesnt offer graduate degree, so if i transfer there i will have to change school again after i finish my undergrad. This is the main reason why I am probably not going to apply there (not like i have a good chance anyway :P)

Middlebury, Dartmouth, Colgate… it varies, though.

Top 3) Yale, Columbia, Harvard
Top 3 LACs) Amherst, Wesleyan, Swarthmore

BU, Indiana, Temple. Where I’m applying :)

Rice, Northwestern, and Michigan

Right now, it’s looking like Columbia, WashU, Emory…

Duke

Georgetown

UVA

I could see myself not getting in to any unfortunately. I’d be so happy with just one…

Smith

Bowdoin

Dickinson

what is the point of this top 3 wishlist? sure, we are sharing what we aim for, but basically this is pointless and a timewaster isnt it? this time should be better spent on reaseraching HOW you can get into those top 3 colleges.
