A lot of high schools have a graduation requirement of some kind of US Government class. Take AP Government instead of Orgo.
Massive numbers of APs won’t count in the quality of your application. You will need good standardized test scores and ECs.
Any standardized test scores yet? I noticed that you did not list any AP test scores despite taking 8 AP classes already.
