What colleges/universities in PA are friendly towards transfer applicants?

hahahahahahahahahaha

I wouldn’t really characterize the college admissions process as discriminatory. The financial aid resources at any college are finite, they do what they can but they do rely on tuition for operating costs. I suppose that might put a student who needs financial aid at a disadvantage. That said there are plenty of students from families whose parents can pay full freight that get rejected from the school they really wanted to go to. There are plenty of students who get really generous financial aid packages at really fine schools. The schools do what they can, no one wants higher education to be available only to those who can afford to pay the full cost of attendance.

Hang tough and transfer to Penn State at University Park when you can. I liked my year there, it’s a neat town and a good school with plenty of campus life.
