What do I do????

The only things I take from the reviews are what type of assignments/tests/papers they give. And if they used the textbook or not. Everything else I basically ignore. The grade graph thing is also a good tool but only if they have taught more than one class.

A lot of that crap is biased. Someone who doesn’t like reading complains because there are 5 novels to read through the semester. Or a conservative kid rants about the prof being too liberal, etc.

I have an english teacher next semester who had no reviews anywhere. Found out they are a grad student and its their first class. It shall be interesting.

Moonnite, do you know your CUNY Portal ID and pin number? You can switch around your classes if there are open sections. That’s what I did for my first semester except it was just because I didn’t want to take Intro to Music/Art. I wanted to take World Humanities.

EDIT: Also, word of advice. Some of the rating could be off. My sister got an A and she was honestly the only A in the class (Physical Chemistry II) because she studied (Not insanely like you guys) and she asked questions. The professor liked her even more. The average rating for the professor was a 1.9 o.o
