good chances for brownfx… you don’t need SAT’s for UC’s…

Guys… please show some respects to UCR!

Just a little addition i wanna share with you all. I have friends in UCR and they initially felt very bad about UCR too but after 1-2 years of study there, they have seen smart students there and they mentioned that the courses are harder than what they expected plus the professors are very helpful too (by the way, my friends are not ■■■■■■■■ people; they currently have like a 3.7+ and could transfer to other UCs as well and some of them even got in other UCs when they graduated from high school but they chose UCR). Also, I know this lady who graduated from UCR in accounting major and now she is making over $80,000+ a year as an accountant.

a little fact:
the University of California, Riverside ranks #85 among national universities, and #37 among public institutions. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_California%2C_Riverside

thanks for pointing that out kevin, ucr is a good school.

Ha…There was nothing to say that UCR is a bad school; just perhaps, if anything, lesser than the other UCs (in the minds of many).

UCR is actually #94 on the latest US News list.

and BTW… Nobody is badmouthing UCR, I want to go there! I visited the campus for my uncle who graduated recently.

Nate_king 1… you are a match for UCR if you have finished the requirement like IGETC.

brownfx, with a 3.2 GPA in college and with that volunteer and some clubs, you should be a match for UCI as well provided that you will complete the IGETC.

Okay thanks Kevin, but what about UC Santa Barbara

Surely it is no problem for you… it is a match!
Continue with your fine work!
By the way, SAT does not count when you transfer as a junior student.

im also planning on takin some classes at their summer session (uci). You think that may help towards there decision on accepting me (hopefully).

definitely it is a may be but well, yeah when you take summer courses there, they will learn that you wanna go there or something so yeah may be it helps a bit at least
