What do you guys think of my freshmen classes? - Enrolled at Local University.

The course numbering[and Discover New York] makes me think you are enrolled at St. John’s University, so if I am wrong ignore what follows.

Your first semester looks normal from what I/my friends had at St. John’s. They generally recommend 15-16 credits for you to see what you can handle before adding more. Everything you have there is core [or the Pre-Calc, which IMO it is smart to get over with now, I tried to program pre-calc for the Spring semester and it blocked my other classes]. They don’t let you enroll in pre-calcs/calcs from majors/schools other than your own, which is why if it fits into your schedule go for it now. The only one of those courses I took while at St. John’s was the honors version of Public Speaking. Work came in cycles (nothing until you had to prepare a speech). It wasn’t that bad.

Discover NY also, it should be noted, varies by professor. Any can teach it and can cover what they want.
