It mentions micro-scholarships at the very end. Here is a link talking about these micro-scholarships in general. <a href=“https://www.raise.me/”>https://www.raise.me/</a> I cannot find anywhere that says that there is a $1000 award for every leadership position. I am sure there has to be some upper limit.</p>
