What does PB mean?

<p>I recently went to view my weekly schedule of classes, and for some reason I suddenly have a time conflict with my CHEM 104 and PHYSICS 1A classes…the former is a lecture and the latter has the instruction type “PB”…what does PB mean? Why does it not show up in the class planner or in your colorful class schedule when you enter MyTritonlink? Is it like…an optional study hour or something? e.e;;</p>

<p>^ Yeah, as the name “problem session” implies, you usually just go over problems and discuss the material so it is more or less a review session, kind of like discussion. and no it shouldn’t be mandatory but check with your professor / class syllabus before you assume attendance is optional</p>

<p>but yes, problem session. Normally not mandatory, and when i used to go to problem session for my physics classes, few people went but the TA helped a LOT</p>
