If your CC has an articulation agreement with UCLA (most California schools should) then you can simply look at the one to one correspondence of the courses you have taken to those at UCLA. If the courses you have taken are listed then there is no reason to believe that UCLA will force you to retake them. They will simply tell you to take the missing course to meet requirements. The issue is that if this last course is a pre-requisite for other classes, you are risking a longer time to degree because you will have to take this course at UCLA before continuing with other courses.
